The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do you wash windows?

Unfortunately, we do not wash windows, but we do clean the window sill and the ledge. Occasionally, we clean animal prints on the windows.
How soon must I cancel my appointment?

A weeks notice is preferred for all cancellations.

All pricing is according to the job

All payments can be made by check or Paypal.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life includes adjustments and changes. We do ask for a week's notice to cancel. A fee may apply if it is not within a week's notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We will guarantee our work and come back and reclean the area that there is an issue with, within 24 hours or whatever works for the clients schedule.
