It is Thankful Thursday?!?
I am especially thankful for my client Heidi this Thursday. Heidi has been my client for about 17 years, and she has been an exceptional one to say the least. Over the years Heidi has consistently been fair, considerate, and giving. She has always treated me and my team with the utmost respect. On a rare occasion of forgetting to leave a payment for cleaning, she would drive it all the way to my house after working long hours herself; even if I told her, I will get it next time. Heidi would always say, “Shantell, you help keep my family and my life together, I have to make sure I take care of you.”
Heidi has always been so considerate; having any work done in her home, she would always contact me and say, “okay, how much extra should I pay?” knowing it would be extra work for the team. Even recently when COVID-19 surfaced Heidi called and told me she did not want us to come and service her home until things were safe, however, she continued to pay for her cleaning service for the 3.5 months we were not there (IN FULL). I could go on and on about how Heidi has truly been a blessing to myself and The Spiritlifters Cleaning Company.
After 17 years of business and friendship, Heidi and her family are moving out of state; Tuesday was our final clean, and see you later. She wanted to ensure the family buying the home would walk into not only a beautiful home but a clean one.
I say thank you to Heidi today because she did not only see me for the service I provided, but she saw me for who I am with her actions, not just words.
